RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused, unworn, undamaged items with all original labels and tags intact (not removed or reattached) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To initiate, email returns@lunafashionhouse.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, you must return items at your expense within seven days. After we inspect and accept the return, we will refund your original payment method within five to seven business days. Exchanges are subject to availability; if your requested replacement is not in stock, we will issue a refund. Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible.

PRODUCT CARE & LIMITED WARRANTY
Follow the care instructions included with each garment to maintain its condition. LFH warrants against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To file a warranty claim, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Defects from misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.
