These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as amended from time to time, govern your access to and use of the Luna Fashion House U.S. online store (“Site”) at lunafashionhouse.com, including any purchases you make via the Site. YOU ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW WITH AMARETTA LLC – EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE FOR LUNA FASHION HOUSE (“LFH,” “WE,” or “US”) WHENEVER YOU ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR PURCHASE PRODUCTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

PARTIES & REPRESENTATION
Luna Fashion House is a European luxury women’s apparel brand. In the United States, Amaretta LLC – Exclusive Representative for Luna Fashion House, located at 4590 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 500, Newport Beach, CA 92660, handles all U.S. operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and returns.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts. By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart subject to these Terms. Acceptance of your order occurs upon shipment; LFH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit our Site, register an account, place an order, or send emails, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions—color, size, materials, and care instructions—but actual appearance may vary due to device displays and lighting. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax and shipping unless otherwise noted. LFH may adjust prices to correct errors; such changes will not affect confirmed orders. Promotional pricing applies only during specified periods.

PAYMENT METHODS & AUTHORIZATION
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Additional methods may appear at checkout. Payments are authorized when you place your order and captured when your order ships. You are responsible for applicable sales tax based on your shipping address.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Complimentary second-business-day shipping is offered on all orders within the continental United States. Orders typically process within one to two business days and ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive tracking information by email once your package is in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. LFH is not liable for carrier delays, delivery errors, or address inaccuracies provided by you.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
To cancel an order before shipment, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you must use the Returns & Exchanges procedure. We may accommodate modifications (e.g., shipping address changes) only if requested before fulfillment begins.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused, unworn, undamaged items with all original labels and tags intact (not removed or reattached) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To initiate, email returns@lunafashionhouse.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, you must return items at your expense within seven days. After we inspect and accept the return, we will refund your original payment method within five to seven business days. Exchanges are subject to availability; if your requested replacement is not in stock, we will issue a refund. Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible.

PRODUCT CARE & LIMITED WARRANTY
Follow the care instructions included with each garment to maintain its condition. LFH warrants against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. To file a warranty claim, email connect@lunafashionhouse.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Defects from misuse, improper care, or normal wear are not covered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site—text, images, designs, logos, and software—is the property of Luna Fashion House or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LFH AND AMARETTA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

FORCE MAJEURE
LFH and Amaretta LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LFH regarding use of the Site and purchase of products. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
